No special hardware and nothing to install. The scanner and the thermal printer you already own are the whole setup.

  • Barcode scanners

    One scan brings back the product, the batch and how much of it you still have. Labels you print in the shop behave exactly like the manufacturer's.

  • 80mm receipt printers

    Receipts print through the browser on standard thermal paper. There is nothing to install at the till.

  • Your tax identity on every receipt

    Receipts carry your shop's registered tax identity and the VAT split, so the paper the customer takes home is the paper the auditor wants to see.

    Upload the list you already keep. You match your column names to ours once, then every row is on screen with anything wrong pointed at, and you fix it there. Nothing is saved until you say so, and then it all goes in together.

  • Start with your real shelf

    Enter your products and packs, then record what's on hand as your first deliveries, using the batch numbers and expiry dates already printed on the boxes where the goods carry them.

  • Each person learns only their screen

    A cashier sees the till and the stockroom sees deliveries, and you decide who gets which, so nobody has to learn the whole system on day one.

  • Prove it on the trial

    Every plan comes with a trial, and the length is written on the plan itself, above. Run it alongside the paper for the first weeks if you like.
