Privacy policy
What we hold
To run the service we hold the account details you register with, which are your name, email, company name, location and phone number. We also hold the business records you create in the product: products, stock, purchases, sales and staff accounts. We collect what the product needs to work and nothing beyond it.
Who can see it
Your business’s records are visible to the people you give accounts to, shaped by the permissions you grant them. Each tenant’s data is kept separate from every other tenant’s. We do not sell your data.
We send transactional email only. That means account verification, password resets and the messages the product itself generates, such as a new staff member’s welcome mail.
